Most of us probably feel a mix of these feelings. I have to confess that I'm not naturally great with change -- my mind tends to like to think of every worst-case scenario and then I have to practice a lot of kind self-talk to calm it down.
But I've gone through a lot of change in the past few years -- at work, in my personal life -- and I've developed this simple 3-step method that really helps me not just survive whatever the life change might be, but actually thrive during it.
