This is what we're talking about when we talk about joy

We spend a lot of time thinking about joy. Talking about joy. Writing about joy. What it means, how to define it, and ways to find more of it. Sometimes we get so lost in the language surrounding ideas and concepts in life that we forget what we're actually talking about.

This is what we're talking about when we talk about joy. This father's reaction to the surprise of seeing his son return home from serving in Afghanistan is the definition of joy. Watch this and we guarantee you'll be all out of words by the time you get to the end of it.

The Urman family, Arizona Coyotes season ticket holders, are invited on to the ice for the "ceremonial puck drop."

Stick to stick as they wait for the puck.

Suddenly, a surprise guest-puck-dropper is announced!

O.M.G.

It's their son, Sgt. Dan Urman, just back from Afghanistan!

(We'll wait for you to get some Kleenex....)

(There's way more, but don't worry: we're not going to ruin the moment for you.)

Once you recover, it's your turn. Be the joy. Embody gratitude. Give someone a hug. Call or text or email someone to tell them how much they mean to you. When your heart is this full of joy, don't let it go to waste!

Don't miss your happier boost!
