Last week, during a speaking engagement, I was talking about stress and listed a bunch of things that stress us out: being stuck in traffic, our kids driving us nuts, difficult bosses at work. As soon as the words "difficult bosses" left my mouth, the entire room nodded. I'm talking about hundreds of heads all nodding in unison.
