The reality is that your brain is really good at negative thoughts.
Your brain’s number one job is to protect you from danger and danger usually comes with negative stimuli. So your brain has gotten really good at paying attention to anything that is wrong or negative.
But constantly thinking negative thoughts and ruminating on worst case scenarios can be really stressful!

When you pair this question with practicing gratitude, you help yourself not get stuck in negative thoughts and feel less stressed and overwhelmed. It’s so simple but it works!
