How acceptance can bring you joy

In today's Happier Boost video (below) I share how a small paint spill taught me a big lesson about the power of acceptance.

I used to think that acceptance meant just rolling over, giving up, and never doing anything to improve. It felt like a weakness.

But the more I practice it the more I learn that it's actually one of the most empowering practices that gives us an opportunity to make deliberate choices in life rather than simply react. It's the opposite of giving up.

I hope you enjoy the video and that helps to take away a little bit of frustration or suffering and add a little (or a lot!) more joy to your life.
