Like, really scientifically good for you: dark chocolate with more than 70 percent cacao has less of the added fat and sugar of milk chocolate and is full of antioxidant flavanoids that can help regulate stress hormones and blood sugar levels, as well as possibly reduce the risk of heart disease, lung cancer, prostate cancer, asthma, and type 2 diabetes.
Everything in moderation (sadly), but instead of a plain old square (or 3) of good dark chocolate after dinner, here are 5 already-healthy things that you can dip into dark chocolate that will make them even healthier (and way tastier):
