After you share a happy moment about it in Happier you will see a screen with the day's content, which will include videos, practical tips, inspiring stories, quotes, and more. You'll receive a weekly email from Nataly and also be able to email her at any time with questions or for ideas to help you get more out of the course.
We’ll get your address and phone number before the course starts and will ship your Make Your Life Happier Kit as soon as we have it. You’ll likely receive it after the course starts but don’t worry, you don’t need the Kit for the course and we designed it to be part of your life and inspire you for many months after.
The goal of this course is to help you find and practice new ways to make gratitude part of your daily life. Every day we will ask you to do a fun and simple task, from finding something in your day to appreciate to creating your own gratitude ritual. We will give you specific ideas and tips to help with each one and encourage you with videos, examples, and stories we think you’ll find inspiring.
