Our Commitment to Privacy
At Happier.com, protecting your privacy is important to us. We understand you may have questions or concerns regarding your personal information and how it will be used. Some of the information we collect via the Web Site is gathered and maintained through the use of "cookies" and other methods. For each employer who sponsors users of this Web Site, we may aggregate the responses of their employees to the tests, along with other non-personal data of the employer's employees to create anonymous aggregated data, and provide the anonymous aggregated data to the employer. For any user, we may aggregate your non-personal data with the non-personal data of our other users. We also collect and analyze general traffic patterns within our Web Site to help maintain the flow and content of the Web Site, and we may use some or all of this anonymous aggregated information to support our commercial activities or for any other reason.

In addition, we may collect other personally identifiable information about you through the Web Site to learn more about you and to provide you with services. When you are on the Web Site you could be directed to other third party sites that are beyond our control. We do not endorse, and are not responsible for, the privacy practices or the content of these web sites. While Reflective Learning strives to protect its users' personal information and privacy, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you disclose online. This Privacy Policy does not extend to anything that is inherent in the operation of the Internet, and therefore beyond Reflective Learning's control, and is not to be applied in any manner contrary to applicable law or governmental regulation.

Information from Children
We do not knowingly solicit or collect information from any individuals under the age of 13, nor do we provide any of our products or services to individuals under the age of 13. If you believe that we have inadvertently collected any such information, or provided any such products or services, please contact us immediately so that we may delete the information.

Reflective Learning believes that statistical profiles ("Profiles") consisting of data related to practice patterns and philosophy derived from the choices made by users as they work through the interactive tests have value to other individuals and organizations. Reflective Learning may periodically prepare such Profiles. To maintain the anonymity of individual users, Profiles will be prepared using aggregated data and results may be incorporated into future modules of the Web Site, or may be provided to other individuals or organizations.

User Content
Certain areas of the Web Site will permit you to send materials, information and other submissions. Reflective Learning values your feedback on the Web Site, and to help us better understand your remarks, Reflective Learning requests that you be as specific as possible in your comments on the Web Site. Upon submission, all content, materials or information of any nature, save and except any personally identifiable information as defined in our Privacy Policy (collectively, the "User Content"), submitted by you to the Web Site or otherwise posted on the Web Site shall be deemed to be, and shall remain, the property of Reflective Learning. Payments for Fees, Reversals, Chargebacks, Indemnity You are responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes associated with our Web Site and services in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and any terms associated with the payment method(s) you choose, including, but not limited to, PayPal ("Vendor Terms"). If you fail to make applicable payments or comply with Vendor Terms, we may collect fees owed using other collection mechanisms.
