* I've been locked out of my account! How did this happen and what can I do to fix it?

If you try to log in with incorrect info more than 6 times you will be locked out.
This is a feature to protect the security of your information. Your account will be unlocked automatically
in 30 minutes. Please try logging in, again, after 30 minutes. If you are still having trouble logging in,
please contact our Customer Service department.

* I forgot my password. How do I retrieve it?

Please click on forgot my password and your password will be emailed to the address of record.

* I was logged out of my account automatically. What does this mean?
|
|
As a security precaution, if there is no activity on your account for "1 hour," you will be logged out automatically. This is done to ensure that no one other than you has access to your account. When you are finished using happier.com, we encourage you to hit the logout button in the top right portion of the screen.

* What is your refund policy?
|
|
If after three months, you're not pleased with happier.com, just let us know. We'll give you another three months for free.
|
|
|
* How do I stop the emails and reminders?
|
|
While you are logged in, go to "my profile." At left you will see "manage reminders" which allow you to set and change your reminder settings, and "update my account" which will allow you to unsubscribe to the mailings and change other account info.

|
* How do I upgrade my account or switch to a different plan?
|
|
If you would like to switch from a monthly plan to the 6-month option or a lifetime subscription, you should first cancel your existing account by clicking the "manage subscription" button in your profile. After you have canceled your existing account, go back to your profile, click "manage subscription" again, choose the new plan and complete the payment process.
