Do you ever feel completely exhausted?

Most of us would probably say yes. We are dealing with a growing list of to-dos and must-dos and it seems like we can't catch a break.

I've just come back from a grueling work trip and I'm feeling completely wiped. Tired to the bone kind of wiped. And while I would love to take a break and rest up -- and I know how important it is -- I can't do it today.

So here's a little tiny trick I use on those days when I'm feeling super tired but can't squeeze in time for rest. I hope you'll check it out and it helps you to feel a little less exhausted.
